Rafael is an amazing agent. We had our eyes on a townhouse we wanted to make an offer on, but couldn't go when it was being shown. Rafael went out if his way and scheduled a private showing just for us. We ended up loving it and were able to purchase it. Rafael guided us through this whole process and was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Rafael for anyone looking to buy a house today!

Great guy with a great team behind him. There is room for improvement regarding responsiveness and negotiation, but otherwise a pleasure to work with him and his assistant Manuk. My main complaint is that in the seller’s disclosures sent by the seller’s agent, “acoustic ceilings (popcorn)” were listed. We asked our agent if we should test it for asbestos but their recommendation (along with the inspector we used) was not to do it as there was a very small likelihood that it would have asbestos and that most companies testing for asbestos will say that there is asbestos because thats how they earn their money. We initially went to Zillow as we understood that they are now in the business of selling Real Estate. They declined our business as we had a leased solar panel system (difficulties transferring leases). They referred us to Rafael and we are glad they did. After that things happened rapidly. Rafael obviously has a wide range of contacts and posted a 'coming soon' message about our house for sale. That garnered considerable interest and offers before we even had a chance to bring it to market (this is a crazy market).
